Its better than 3rd division club teams or playing against B level Asian teams. Kenya isn't bad, and you can't expect that because we played Sweden or Chile once now will only be playing against top teams. This will still be a good test, and its to prepare us for our qualifiers which are against pretty weak teams. The more professional friendlies the better it is for both our team and the fans

No body is more physical than the Europeans. Sweden beat us in man to man challenges both offensively and defensively. Our most physical players like Ashkan and Ando struggles against the Swedish players. Ibrahimvich made our biggest defenders his little bitchs.

But to support what you are saying, playing the likes of Kenya, is just to allow CQ to evaluate his new players. I take any friendly over none.
