Most of the anti CQ statements are from coaches with losing records. They are jealous and underachieving bunch. Likes of Mayeli Goh-An, Zolfagar-Nasab, Gasempour, Mazloomi, etc.
Afazeli is a bastard and a woman beater charged with assaulting a woman in iran. He worked under Bronko in the NT but never got anywhere in any significant way.Comment

Guys Afazeli has been a member (and pfdc staff!) of this forum for many years - however much he has influenced football in Branko era and now negatively, please avoid personal attacks on him and his family.
I haven't agreed with any of his positions and statements and found his viewpoints to be stubborn (he kept saying in branko era that "Mirzapour is the only goalkeeper for Iran" which stifled development of other goalkeepers, his staunch support of Daei playing 90 minutes etc...) but I do think personal attacks should not happen. Don't be surprised if the thread is closed if you do attack him.

Regardless of what we feel about him now, we had Rahmati doing very well in PGL for a few seasons at the time he said that and was not given game time in TM which could have been useful earlier in his career. There are similar posts favouring likes of Khatibi over young forwards who could have done well getting exposure earlier on in their career.
