So you left out Hashemian, Azizi, Khalatbari, JB, Ando, Golmohamadi, Zandi, Hajsafi, Amiri, Navid Kia, Kazemian, Mobali, Nikbakht, Samereh, Pious, Shojai, Pashazadeh, Mansourian, Parvin, Hejazi, Ashtiani, Roshan, Kalani, Ghayeghran, Namju Motlagh, Kermani Moghadam, ...

Many of younger generation do not know these guys.

If I had to start mentioning notable substitutions there would be too many people to list. I am not sure if Rezaei could play RB, he was a solid CB but I just couldn't leave out hosseini or Yahya, and Pouladi was chosen as LB by default as no one else came to my mind, but I am sure we have had better LB's just not in recent years.
