Wouldn't you celebrate if Iraq got disqualified even though AFc would still not let us go on through the next round? :P I think thats the same reason. Naft lost the title even though ref gave and a red card and changed the outcome of the match.

The tie between Sepahan vs Naft seemed fixed to me. The red Card was not fair. However congradulations to Sepahan and Tractor. I predicted this. Faraki is the best Iranian coach on paper

I have always admired your posts and loved reading them, however this remark of yours is absolutely inappropriate and offensive. It is quite disrespectful toward all Iranian Azeri and Torki speaking countrymen who happen to be one of the largest ethnicities of the country.

i am just baffled at their sense of logic sometimes ..? ??
we gotta one of these guys in our over 40 local iranian team, and the other week he took the ball from our keeper and scored a goal on us..!! apparently because he was yelling for ball earlier and teammate didnt pass him the ball..!! lol

i mean i love the guy and he is a dear friend but sometimes i wonder wtf is going through his mind..??
