    'the game was nonstop back and forth the first 25 minutes or so. Both teams defended well throughout the half, and were counter-attacking well. The game slowed down significantly around the 30 mark and towards the end of the first half. But I don't feel like this game will be a 0-0 tie, I think a goal is coming early in the second half. Go Persepolis

            Definitely one of the better derbies in recent years.....both teams came out attacking and were playing fast pace football with some nice ball movement. Game slowed down towards the end of the half but overall a decent showing from both sides....they need to get cleaner looks/shots on goal.

              Meanwhile, back at the ranch...

              Only 2,000 people at the Foolad Shahr stadium so far with less than 2 hours to kick-off! This could very well be a championship game for Sepahan. There were apparently rumors earlier that the stadium was full, which may explain the low turn-out.
