Apparently the announcer in Tabriz congratulated the fans for winning the championship and everyone started celebrating!

There is a rumor going on that this was done in order for the fans to leave the stadium without damaging it and getting out of hand.

We don't really know what happened. I'm sure he had a good reason. Faghani is a great referee and he has seen or heard something that the cameras didn't. Ando's reaction wasn't bad either so he knew he had f***ed up.
