Lol all they want is for us to voice our support for them.

I don't understand why they ask us.

We don't like them. They know we don't like them.

We've eliminated them from qualifying to Brazil and in the Asian Cup.

They promote and disrespect the Persian Gulf.

What the hell do they want from us?

Suddenly the UAE and the other arab countries are ignoring them, so they come to us?

These guys wouldn't help us if we were hanging off of a cliff with only one hand. They would step on our hand so we would fall.

No thank you, I would rather Kaffashian and the IFF help their own football rather than give support to anti-Iran nations like Qatar.

Iran could make money and infrastructure themselves, if we stop being still stupid...

Iran can build minimum 6 sport complexes in this areas: Bushehr, Kish, Qeshm, Shiraz, Bandar Abbas and in Bandar Lengeh, which has also an international airport.

If they would build it NOW and every complex gets 4-6 quality pitches and everything what is needed to get an Trainings camp or "hosting camp" for an world cup Team than we could earn money by world cup participating teams, by getting world cup teams to Iran.

- Build now 6 or more quality Football Schools/Camps. Use them to produce Khuzestani and Joonobi Football Players and use this Football Facilities to improve the Football from Bushehr to Shiraz to Bandar Abbas corridor. We have no iranian pro league team from that region. A City like Shiraz should be in the IPL. Same for Bushehr and Bandar Abbas.

- We can host up to 6 national teams in southern Iran and 30minutes flight to Doha for their matches.

- Nations can rent our camps cheaper as camps in Qatar. A little bit away from the trouble.

- We can re-invest or pay the debt with the money we get from that Nations which stay and prepare in Iran for their matches in Doha.

- We can prepare ourself, our own team melli in Kish or one of these camps. We only fly to Qatar 2days before our matches and can also fly directly back to Kish for example.

- We can organize Mini Tournament in Kish or the other cities and we can play in general world cup nations before the world cup. We can also organize friendlies between the nations which are in our country as we have the venue and sporting camps produced by then.


A lot of more positive and PRO aspects which are not listed now, but everybody can imagine that we can use the world cup for our own football development. If we are just becoming smart and not being still stupid...

What you mentioned is just the icing on the cake. The actual cake also consists of the thousands of tourists coming and going, women in bikinis, alcoholic beverages, other medias from different nations inside Iran, and etc etc.

Under this regime, it doesn't look realistic enough for us to co-host the World Cup.

I'm still confused why qatar is asking us for support. I don't know what card they have hiding up their sleeves.

I'm very interested to hear more regarding this. Why these guys want an intervention from the IFF.

My ultimate guess is, UAE and the other countries were surprisingly not a part of the scandal so they were upset that Qatar was involved with this mess and backed out on supporting them. And now that Qatar has no friends they want to call us for support.

Because they know they have nobody else to go to. They are cornered and all their "friends" have gone straight to prison.

They want support from Iran.

There is no way this story is true....I would be very disappointed if Iran got involved in this.All the bad reports coming out of Qatar and How the western world is totally bad mouthing this Qatari bid. IFF has to be the stupidest Federation if they put IRAN's name on this WC.It would so embracing as an Iran to be linked to such a idiotic WC bid. With reports of over 4000 workers that will die building the stadiums in Qatar.Y would you guys be happy about Iran's help.They just want persians to help them out to make Iran look bad. As some have said Y don't they get help from their rich brothers like UAE or SA. Ive been thinking more about this and Qatar is wanting Irans help if a last resort vote is taken in the upcoming years about moving the WC. Remember that Kafashian is head of CAFF, which constitutes as six votes. With the state of corrupt smaller nations against prosecuting larger nations(USA, England, Germany) its likely that the vote will be close.

If they get their workers from SE Asia they can get those from there too. Qatar needs vocal support only. You can buy anything on Earth with money. Qatar used to be able to buy vocal support but they cant given the impending investigation
