Pejman Montazeri signs for Al Ahli

Pejman joined Al Ahli of Qatar on a 2 years contract. He will replace Hosseini and become Jabbari's team mate.

به گزارش ایسنا، پژمان منتظری که دو فصل است با پیراهن ام صلال بازی می*کند از این تیم جدا شد و با قراردادی دو ساله راهی الأهلی شد تا همبازی مجتبی جباری در این تیم شود.

منتظری در الأهلی جانشین سید جلال حسینی شده است و همین باعث می شود تا بازگشت حسینی به فوتبال ایران محتمل*تر شود.

I consider Al Ahli Doha an upgrade compared to Umm Salal first off. He is also at an age where he needs to maximize the amount of money he makes for after he retires from football all together. Even in Qatar, he still has shown up for TM and put up great performances.

he is Still the Rock at the Heart of our defense..!!
im really worried about age catching up with him soon and we are yet to really find a replacement for him..!! I dont really care for PAG as a CB..... Yet..!!

It's understandable for him to be in Qatar, he needs to save up some money. Its a shame when our younger players go to these leagues, and also the fact that our clubs don't pay their players so they are forced to go to these leagues. Regardless Montazeri has had good TM performances whilst out of Iran, and if he can keep it up and get more money then its good.
