    Game over.

Iran wins. They played very bad though. I haven't seen UZB play, but I don't like our chances. We can't even score against Yemen.

Shekari missed a one on one. Chaab missed a sitter (one on one). Only hope is our LB scoring, cause the rest have not shown they can score or build up a play that leads to a goal.

Reza Shekari didn't even shake the hands of the Yemeni players at the end. Not very sportsmanlike. Although, they swarmed him when he was rolling on the grass. So maybe, some justification. But further bad attitude.

Nice that we made it out of the group stage for only the 3rd time since the revolution in 19 tournaments.

But I'm concerned because we played worse in the 2nd half than we did in the 1st half... we definitely have goal scoring problems.

Anyway, looking forward to Uzbekistan and then Iraq/Saudi Arabia!

Childish from Shekari not to shake hands with the Yemeni players. He just passed walked passed them while they were standing in line waiting, without even looking at them. All the other players were shaking hands though. Actually one of the Yemeni players got mad and tried to push him.

These Yemani kids were playing as if they were Qatar. I'm pretty sure they were promised something by the Qataris to get a result against Iran. Their capitan was such a disgraceful lil crybaby who should had been red carded for non-stop dissent.

Lol did a Yemeni player backslap one of our players after the final whistle?

Wow it's interesting to watch the game not being on PFDC and then compare opinion. Apart from finishing I thought the team played excellent. There was some major pressing on the Yemen team and they could never hold the ball longer than a few seconds. Boys were super fit and strong. If they didn't do poor in the finishing department that would have been 3 or 4 nil.

I think Iran can play as bad without this Coach Peyrovani.
We survived to play another game.

As Bad we are we can defeat Uzbek.

Honestly no wonder Chaab didn't last in Portugal. Nothing special

I agree, we could have won 3 or 4 - 0 (Hit crosswork from 3 yards out, Shekari missed one on one, Chaab missed a 5 yard shot) but the real problem I have with this team is that they don't really trust each other. Many times, the players opt either to try to do it themselves or make a harder pass when someone is right beside them to relieve the pressure.

I liked Soltani (the Guardian top 50) and Omid Noorakfan (spelling?). The left back who keeps scoring is good too.
