^ doubt Rostov woulda dropped a $100K on his transfer if it was just for 3 years..!!
they obviously purchased him with the intensions of buy cheap, develop and sell high later..! and most of such offers hover about the 5 years regions..!!

Let's for once appreciate the fact that he at least got out of Zob Ahan and is now in an European team.

He will probably begin at the reserves of Rostov, and when he makes the senior team a loan to another RPL club is a realistic scenario.

its not like rostov had him sign that expecting him to stay there for next 5 years. Its a way to ensure other teams have to pay rostov a bigger sum of money to buy him since he will have multiple years left on his contract. By having him sign such a contract, rostov wont be under any pressure to sell him for cheap, and have more bargaining room with potential buyers. Good for him to get out of iran. Sardar did a similar thing at his age when he moved to rubin, and played for a year or two in the youth team

I reckon he deserves a little more than Rostov. Maybe a top 5 league. Not too far-fetched, as many 19-21 year olds transfers to those leagues and some become very successful.
