keep up with the positivity bro thats the right attitude to have. The fact that in 2016 we have a load of players touted fot european transfers is fantastic. I remember in 2010 we couldnt even get a rumour for a player going to europe.

The most promising player in Iran who everyone talk about, is on trial in the Switz league? There was no team from the other leagues who were interested?! I mean..... at least the Dutch or the Russian leagues would have been better for a young player to learn!

FC Basel is the best Swiss club out there, and they regularly play Champions League as well. The Swiss league isn't far behind of the Dutch Eredivisie, it would be a good club for such a young player like Shekari who is barely 17. He will be playing for the championship every season.

Basel is on another level. There are lots of players who joined top leagues through Basel. I can name some of them: Ivan Rakitic, Mohamad Elneny, Mohamed Salah, Xherdan Shaqiri, Granit Xhaka.

This would be an incredible move for shekari. Basel have one of the best academies in Europe and have produced players like shaqiri, xhaka (Arsenal) , elneny ( Arsenal) , sommer, embolo , and countless others . Shekari making this move now would be truly amazing. Almost all of Basels best players go to top half bundesliga clubs soon after they play one or two seasons

For you to say Russian or Dutch teams would have been better is a real joke . This is truly one of the best places for young talent in Europe. They are always in champions league as well and actually tend to do quite well in general

Not to mention they have a pretty good youth system and lots of good players were produced by this club (Rakitic, Shaqiri...). I don't know if this news is genuine but if he is on trial over there, I will be surprised if they don't snatch him! He is quality and they can definitely afford to buy him

If he joins Basel, which I really hope he does, I am sure CQ will start inviting him to TM camps and maybe in a year or two he would be a regular. If I am not mistaken, his position is a CAM and that´s exactly a position where we need a young talent in TM.

Oladi was actually offered a contract with xerez it didn't go through because of paper work/sarbazi issues not because he wasn't good enough. Sheys Rezaie was never European material anyone who had an ounce of rationale new that and khalatbari was simply too weak to make it in a physical league like the bundesliga. Shekari is extremely talented and can easily get some chances in Basel I'm not sure why there's negativity this isn't a stretch for him....you can't be so narrow sighted and ignore the facts about comparing previous players trials to shekari's, situations are completely different

He's on the radar now - hopefully he gets into a system like Saeid Ezzatollahi, where a big youth club grabs him and he can work his way up. Cause he is a fantastic player.
