Let's Talk Goalkeepers

I don't agree with many of you regarding the goalkeeper list.

If anything, the game yesterday increased my stress over the position further. Hosseini did have a couple of good saves (only) but his ball distribution wasn't good at all.

In fact this is unfortunately my list for now:

1. Mazaheri
2. Abedzadeh
3. Beiranvand (for his experience)
4. Hosseini

I wished Lak was tested a bit more yesterday.

There are only 3 months left to the WC! If Haghighi hasn't been invited to TM yet, he wont be in the roster for the WC!

It will be difficult for CQ to drop Biranvand. There are only 3 perspolis players left in TM and I know he is not a 100% sure about Amiri. If he drops Biranvand there will be only one
player from Perspolis in TM which may look like lajbazi with Branko.
It is between Mazaheri and Hosseini IMO. I have not seen so much impressive in Abedzadeh either.

Hosseini truly seems to be the most impressive, but badly lacks experience! Having a fresh new GK like him might not only hurt TM, but also destroy his whole career. It's a big gamble, to be honest.

I just can't trust Beiranvand, mostly because of his annoying attitude and "bi bokhar" commitment. But unfortunately, experience plays a huge role and other than Beiranvand, we only have Haghighi, who isn't part of the squad currently. GK still remains a huge worry - the only position I am very afraid of :S

CQ doesn't give a fuck about Perspolis, Esteghlal or any kind of personal beef - and proved this over and over again. The problem is: if he doesn't invite any player from Sorkhabi they say he is "lajbaaz". If he does, they say he owns his success to those teams/coaches or they say he is taking the players away to harm those clubs and the players return back tired & out of shape lol.

Hosseini has excellent reflexes and the dude positions himself correctly. Aside from that, his confidence leads him to snag the GK spot from the rest. I agree with this list as of now but still see Mazaheri over Beiro

I think you're talking about this interview (skip to 16:00). He was referring to PGL players in general, not only Amiri

ah, ok!! You mean that interview! He named a few more players, including Hosseini too. Not just Amiri. He just meant PGL players in general. but I wasn't aware of Branko's reply. looool!
