Let's Talk Goalkeepers

The first goal, I don't understand why he didn't challenge it. The cross connected right on the 6 yard line. He should've seen that his defenders are going to get beat, and could've at minimum challenged it by trying to punch it out. At that range, a header connecting, is extremely difficult to save.

We say, that now but once we put him in the game we see even worser things. I´d say test a couple of keepers last minute in our friendlies, but truth is Beiranvand will still be GK as he is on par with the back line.Originally posted by Kian B. I don't want to see Haghighi within a 100KM radius of a TM training facility. The guy is worst than Dejaghe when it comes to laziness, plus he isn't that good to begin with.
Rahmati deserves a call-up again. Despite his shitty personality, he's still the best goalie in Iran.
Beiro is on his way down, but still should be invited because of his long throws which are crucial for our Counter-attacks.
Hosseini should be considered, although his skills aren't anything special. Just a reliable dude, who isn't mistake-prone.
Abedzadeh, mainly because he has had consistent training in Portugal. Although his decision-making skills are sub-par and give away too many rebounds.

He is different for the NT, I feel as his form dropped ever since he joined PP and just relies on the defender for the work. While at Saipa he opposite.Originally posted by mahestan View PostHow many people were happy with Biero's performance today? I am still skeptical and don't think he is capable of starting in the WC.
