Who is releasing this info then? Many times, we hear about our players going here of there, and then the coaches of those teams say they've never heard of our players.

Somebody is releasing this information to the news, or the Iranian media is making this stuff up out of their asses.

I personally believe that some players do this to get fatter contract offers, which is exactly what bazaar garmi is. These players would immediately reply to these rumors to deny them, to not get people's hopes up.

When the rumor floats that Messi is leaving Barca, he is quick to shut it down. Why do our players often let the rumors swirl until the days they are ready to sign their contracts?

They're trying to warm up the market for themselves to attract offers from other teams or to get better contracts at their current teams.

That is the definition of bazaar garmi and we fans have seen it year after year, so saying we don't know what it is when we have seen it 100 times now is ridiculous. Hajsafi would have denied this last week when the news broke if he wasn't trying his best to attract an offer.

Up until the deadline last year, Dejagah and Azmoun were letting people believe they had offers from Liverpool and Arsenal respectively. Dejagah never said anything, just like Hajsafi, but his silence is indicative that he was trying to drive his market value up.

Hajsafi did good to finally say it, but him waiting this long is likely bazaar garmi like Dejagah. He's likely only spilling the beans now because he either already resigned with Sepahan or got his concrete offer from Gutter and is in the process of finishing that up.

Or that some people are confused with what an offer is? Perhaps he has peaked the interest of teams, maybe they have inquired about him, but an official offer and contract...that's something else all together. Usually by then, club websites, and media outside of Iran are also reporting on it
