No need, we're going in dry.

Don't see the need for such hawkish rhetoric, we are the top team in Asia our rank and performance should say enough. We have bigger problems we need to focus on...hope CQ uses untested players and experiments bravely, no need for most/any fix players to start games like India and Guam....

You do realize we must become nr. 1 in this group to be 100% sure to advance, right? I'm not sure how much of a good idea it will be to field a 100% newbie team, we don't want another Lebanon-away to happen.. it just takes one lucky goal for them, and it might go wrong.

Maybe not a 100% newbie team, but lets not forget the calibre of the teams we are playing. We have one of the EASIEST groups.

Lets play newbies as subs and in the later matches. We need to win this game. By any cost. We cant slip up and get a 0-0. We need to win. Guam showed they can compete and we have never beaten Turkmenistan. Ever.

the first games are always risky. KSA almost lost to Palestine. qatar should have tied with Maldives. Look at the Oman-India game. You just never know.

We need to start with our best team, secure a win, and slowly transition the younger players into the game. This is a long journey, and there will be plenty of time to see the younger and less experienced promising players in the lineup.

Torabi played LW vs Uzbekistan, which isn't even his natural position (RB, RW), showing how impressive and versatile he is.

I'll go with something similar to Karimi 8's

I say let Beiranvand to start the next game so he can gain some more experience. These kinds of easy games are great opportunity for youth players to showcase themselves. I am really hoping Ando, Shojaei, and Gucci sit out and allow players like Ezza, Taremi, Torabi, and Kananni to get crucial minutes.

I say at least 4-0 for Iran anything less than that is just pure bad results.
