This is how i would like my team. 4-3-3 Holding
The wingers will play Inside Forward roll which will allow Amiri and Torabi to make cuts inside the 18 and have shots on their strong foot.
Ghafouri and Hajsafy will be the ones who will be overlaping for the cross shots. Lets not forget we are playing Turkmenistan who just lost against Guam. Playing Hashem who is very limited in any offensive roll, will not help put the pressure on. we need at least 3, 4 goals against this team.

But what a great opportunity this group poses as testing ground for the new blood. A dozen games later, bring on the mights of Japan. They looked very strong last night, although Iraqis back 5 were not fast enough to respond to a quick step change Japan's attack.

It's way too risky to start WCQ campaign with a newbie team. CQ will NOT do that.

He will allow maybe 1-2 young players throughout the 90 minutes and most likely only as substitutes.

CQ will gradually replace the old generation with the new generation by 2018

Honestly even a full domestic team should be able to advance from this group fairly comfortably, or else it would be sad.

Guam are an amateur team, yet they beat Turkmenistan. India can't play football, and Oman should be the only opponent we should use a "solid" lineup against.

This stage precisely is the best period where we can insert our younger players and give them experience. Using the right mix is the key, keep couple of first team players to lead the way along with our best youngsters.

Thank God! Honestly if our U-19 team can't compete with Turkman, India and Guam then we have an Issue. So I do think that it is a waste to play guys like Heydari, Hashem and the older guys against these guys. We should give the future stars the opportunity to gain experience on crucial grounds and allow them to gain confidence.
