If the offers aren't true then it's actually really sad that players of his caliber are required to do such things. If he was a Belgian keeper and was as good as he is now, all top half EPL teams would be on his a$$.

He is young, better than many goalkeepers in Europe, and would be at least one of the top keepers in either Turkey or Russia.

I think our players are mistaking inquiries with an actual offer. Sometimes clubs in Europe start inquiring about different players from different clubs. Let's say they inquire about 10 players to see what their terms and pricing are like and then they evaluate each one and actually send a serious offer to 3 or 4 players that has been shortlisted.

I have to disagree with people dismissing this news as horseshit. Normally, it would be indeed BS news to fabricate a false demand to raise the price up. But Naft is actually one of the richest clubs in Iran. And they've been acting fairly professionally recently, and I highly doubt they'd want to sell him to another IPL team. Not to mention his throws/assists sparked multiple mini viral videos and garnered international recognition. Totally different than Azmoun. So there's a high probability that the offers are solid. What I'm more concerned about is whether or not he's able to transition into Europe. He grew up destitute, and doesn't have much of an education so I doubt he can speak more than a few words in English. But if there's anyone capable to fighting and winning with heavy odds stacked against him it's this guy. Wishing him the best and goodluck.

If a player works at it they can learn languages easy. Most clubs in Europe have excellent services for learning languages and its up to the player to use them.

When a player claims offers from Europe the chance of them moving to AL Shottor/Soosk increases 110%. IK he is a good guy but please..lets be realistic

I haven't given up hope yet. With Davari moving to Arminia Bielefield, this has already been a positive transfer season. Even if 1 player is bazaar garmi, we should not generalize on all of our players based on the actions of a guy like Hajsafi that has been bazaar garmi-ing every season for 7-8 years now. Guys like Biranvand and other youngsters are probably looking up to the ARJ's and Sardar's of the world, not the Hajsafi's. Sadly, I see Hajsafi as comfortable in Iran. He won't likely take a pay cut to go to Europe and start over. Biranvand is still young and isn't making big money yet.
