Arminia's new number one between the posts: Daniel Davari (29).

Bielefeld - In the round table, the DSC Arminia is clearly ahead of the Fortuna from Düsseldorf, but from the last 30 games, the Rhinelanders won 14 times as the winner. Coach Jeff Saibene speaks of a duel at the top of the pitch ( TAG24 ) before kick-off (5.30 pm ).

With a look back on the fortunate draw in Würzburg, Keeper Daniel Davari is more passionate about the new start-up video : "No one can deny that he wants too little." I think, as a team, we have to show more will on the pitch. "

Also, interior defending champion Brian Behrendt knows exactly what is important in the relegation battle now: "Passion, bite, the attitude to the whole situation, must be simply in every head there."

An "important factor in this phase" was also the fans who were not satisfied with the way the point was won in Würzburg. Especially in a floodlighting game, which is still a "special kick", the team around the 25-year-old needs support from the ranks.

Daniel Davari, who has been given the privilege of Wolfgang Hesl, also emphasizes the importance of the fans. "And if you get the mood a bit on the pitch, as well as from the spectators, as it was in the last home games, it can also spark a fire on the pitch."

Fortuna coach Friedhelm Funkel is also aware of the floodlight atmosphere: "We know what we are expecting, it will be a fight over 90 minutes, the Arminia is especially at home in front of its excellent audience running and fighting . ""

[B]Goals: Arminia Bielefeld 2:1 Fortuna Dusseldorf:
Proud of Davari for not giving up on his career and finding a way back. Most would be very discouraged after riding the bench for 3 years. He seems to be pulling Arminia out of the relegation zone, and it was a nice win. Hopefully him, Haghighi, Makani, and Biranvand all continue to improve. Biranvand is clearly consistent, but it doesn't hurt to have alternative options playing well to keep him on his toes.

I personally think that Davari not coming to the post-World Cup camp put him on CQ's Rahmati list, but hopefully with a strong finish to the season, he can return as an option. I like him and think he had a bad string of luck and mistakes in his career. I'll be rooting for him.

Bielefeld wins again today, 3-1 vs Sandhausen.

Davari played, lost the cleansheet in the 90th minute!

Bielefeld is now fully out of the relegation zone.

          "Clinical Bielefeld ease home

The visitors were comfortable following that, although Sandhausen tried to spring attacks on the break. They found Daniel Davari in resolute form between the sticks, however....
That seemed to be the sucker punch but Lucas Höler and a deflected Jakub Kosecki strike brought the very best out of Davari."

To be honest, I think his quality is perfect for a team at the top of Bundesliga 2, lower level Bundesliga. I don't think he is a premier, top-level keeper, but in the right situation, he can stand out. Hopefully his form continues to improve. I think Biranvand would be the safer bet for TM at the moment, but it doesn't hurt when Iranian players do well. If Davari continues to improve, it will only push Biranvand to improve as well. Competition breeds success. Nobody should feel safe as the #1 in their position. I think CQ has instilled that into the team. Nobody is a guaranteed starter. Players have to fight for their place, and if they are out of form, CQ isn't afraid to bench or even drop them like Teymourian.

Beiranvand is competing with Sosha, Mazaheri, Akbari and most likely if Haghighi gets healed and with playing time, he will be in the mix too. Davari is not anywhere close for competing for a TM position right now. I hope that he can again one day. Will be wishing the best for him regardless.

True, Davari is just coming back from not playing for 2.5 years. If he continues to play though, and can return to a consistent form, I think he'll definitely be in the mix.

"Davari: "They were tabular also very important"

Even the youngest threes have greatly facilitated his work. "The victories naturally provide for self-confidence, and players will be more confident about their game philosophy," Saibene admitted. Keeper Daniel Davari, who has made his coach the new number one on the alp, agreed: "We are very satisfied with the ten points last, but they were also very important in tabular form."

There was also praise for the new DSC coach, who brought fresh winds. "The coach has changed crucial things, so far this has been a success," says Davari, who also welcomes his new situation: "Personally, of course, I'm very glad I got the confidence and play . " Not only his self-confidence has risen in the past weeks, around the alp there is a break-up mood.

That is why even the Swabians are no reason to panic. "If we play like last, we do not need to hide from the VfB," Davari explained."

"Arminias goalkeeper Davari feels a new vigor in the relegation battle

                      In the positive spiral

Arminia has made little changes to the table despite the current success story. Mental, on the other hand, has done a lot in the third-league of the 2nd League. In the heavily descended DSC, after four victories without defeat and ten points in a row before the match against the Ligafavoriten VfB Stuttgart on the Easter Monday (20.15 clock, Schüco Arena) new feeling.

"The new trainer is going very well. He has changed things that look for little things at first. They were so important that we won the games. These were the things that we missed, "says goalkeeper Daniel Davari, without going into detail.

That is why the pressure in the descents does not dissolve in air. The lethargy, however, has given way to new confidence. This is mainly due to the fact that the situation in the tabular cell itself has tipped for allegedly saved clubs. They are now starting from ninth place. There Sandhausen ranks with 34 points - with only four meters more than the 16th from Bielefeld.

"This is not enough to win at home"

"With these teams, who are from the midfield, the negative experiences are buzzing around in the head. We have the positive experiences. This can still be an advantage for this season, "says Davari. In addition, the victory in Sandhausen was important for the head. The first three-year-old had solved blockades for almost a year. Davari: "We knew beforehand that we could win games at home. That is not enough, at home to win. You have to score points and win a game. "

Personally Arminia's new number one, Wolfgang Hesl took five years before the stammplatz between the posts, lightening his own situation. "I am, of course, very pleased that I can help the team on the pitch. That the coach gives me the confidence, makes me better, that is great. I had less of this for the last one and a half years, "emphasizes Davari. The mental overall situation with bolder appearances and the sporty stabilization in the defense behavior make the armines hopeful for the Stuttgart part. Davari: »Stuttgart is by far the favorite in the league. But we have absolutely a chance at home when we are as brave as in the last games. "

The shoulder injury of Reinhold Yabo (shoulder-joint dislocated) has turned out to be less serious. The 25-year-old was able to train on Wednesday. An attack against Stuttgart is nevertheless questionable. Christopher Nöthe (Kreuzbandriss) was operated on yesterday."

Big match against 2nd placed Stuttgart tomorrow. A win would take them out of the relegation zone:

                          "Davari has finally arrived

Jeff Saibene appreciates the qualities of the fellow goalkeeper, who has replaced the previous clubkeeper Hesl

Arminia Bielefeld has been unbeaten in the second Bundesliga for four days and has scored ten important points in the fight for class retention. In these games Daniel Davari was in the gate of the East Westphalia. After a long thirst, Davari had replaced the former headkeeper Wolfgang Hesl as goalkeeper number one.

Also on Monday evening at 8:15 pm, the Iranian-German pro will be in the top game against the table leader VfB Stuttgart in the Schüco Arena between the posts (Liveticker on nw.de).

"We are all very satisfied with this point," said Davari, who had switched to the armies in the summer of 2015 but could not compete against his rival Hesl under Norbert Meier. Davari (29) came only in the season 2015/16 To play against the Union Berlin on Matchday 33.

                          Above-average performance

It is understandable that the native of Gießen, who in 2014 was a participant in the World Cup in Brazil for the first time and who played for Braunschweig 29 first and 59 second league matches, had dealt with a change of club. Inquiries from the 2nd League and the SC Paderborn at the end of 2016 however, Arminia's sportsmanship declined.

Of these old stories, which are supposed to include a already signed contract for the upcoming season with the third club SC Paderborn, Davari does not want to hear any more for understandable reasons. He has finally arrived at Arminia and convinced with his previous performances with above-average performances.

"The coach gave me the confidence. I can now help the team, "Davari describes his personal situation, and coach Jeff Saibene did several talks with Davari and told him how a goalkeeper had to behave in the game philosophy of the Luxembourger.

Skills in the technical field benefit Davari

Saibene favors a fellow goalkeeper and has found his ideal candidate in Daniel Davari. At the age of 14, Davari, who was also a good handball player in his youth, decided on the position of the keeper. "In the years before I played offensive and was not a bad striker," says the new Bielefeld number one.

This knowledge in the technical field now benefits him with the help of Saibene, who also appreciates Davaris' control over the area. Backhaul during the game, therefore, rarely cause him problems when attacked by opposing players.

Davari's first loss in Sandhausen for nearly a year was considered "important for the heads. We all realized that we can not only win in home games. "Before the task against Stuttgart (" Absolute favorite for the ascent ") is not afraid of him.

"If we play bravely on Monday, we also have a chance against the Swabians," says Davari, who is also not afraid of VfB goalmaker Simon Terodde despite his six goals in the last three games against Arminia. "I need a special preparation I do not know how much I know about a player. "

His team seems to be playing with a lot of Gheyrat at the moment, and he has not really been too busy. He had 1 Mirzapour like kick that caused a dangerous counter, but adjusted well. I think he is still shaking off rust from not playing for so long. This is a must win game for them to stay in the league. A victory over second place Stuttgart would be great for the team morale.

Big Mistake by Davari concedes the goal. Got a great interception, then passed it to the wrong player and conceded the goal. Unfortunate. 1-1 now.
