New ban on tattoos and inappropriate hairstyles

Asadi has sent a letter to Taj saying that they will punish players for showing tattoos and inappropriate during official and unofficial matches and practices!

The letter was published on the IFF's site and claims that the ethics committee will punish any violators.

If anyone had any doubts about Asadi and his intentions, I think it's safe to put those aside now.

بخش نامه کمیته اخلاق درباره عقد قرارداد بازیکنان در فصل جدید لیگ برتر فوتبال کشور باید رعایت شود.

به گزارش سایت رسمی فدراسیون، نامه دکتر علیرضا اسدی به مهدی تاج و روسای هیات های فوتبال استانی به شرح زیر است:
با توجه به در پیش بودن فصل جدید و شروع مسابقات لیگ برتر و پخش مستقیم و غیرمستقیم اکثر مسابقات از سیمای جمهوری اسلامی ایران و لزوم عدم انعکاس برهی ناهنجاری ها از قبیل خالکوبی، چهره آرایی، نمایش غیر مناسب موی سر و ... توسط برخی بازیکنان، بخش نامه کمیته اخلاق به استناد بند 6 ماده 28 آیین نامه اخلاق فدراسیون جهت ابلاغ به باشگاه ها به شرح زیر منتشر می شود:
رسیدگی به هرگونه نمایش غیر متعارف بازیکنان از حیث پوشش یا چهره سازی غیر مرسوم و یا نمایش خالکوبی در طول مسابقات رسمی که می تواند به فرهنگ مرسوم در جامعه لطمه وارد کند، به عهده کمیته اخلاق بوده و در تمرینات و مسابقات غیررسمی به عهده باشگاه مربوطه خواهد بود. در صورتی که تلاش های باشگاه در این مورد موثر واقع نشود، کمیته اخلاق می تواند به دلیل اشاعه ناهنجاری های رفتاری در تمرینات و مسابقات غیر رسمی هم، به موضوع رسیدگی کند.
همچنین در دیگر نامه دبیرکل فدراسیون به رییس سازمان لیگ کشور و روسای هیات استانها درباره رعایت اخلاق حرفه ای آمده است:
با توجه به اتمام مسابقات رسمی لیگ برتر فوتبال و شروع انعقاد قرارداد بازیکنان، مربیان و سرپرست باشگاه ها و همچنین کارگزاران رسمی فوتبال، رعایت اخلاق حرفه ای و همینطور صداقت در رفتار و گفتار و نوشتار بر اساس بندهای 1، 2 و 3 ماده 4 آیین نامه اخلاق فدراسیون و در راستای احترام به اصول رفتاری شفاف سازی قراردادها، الزامی است و در صورت وقوع هرگونه تخلف یا وصول هرگونه شکایت در این زمینه (از جمله قراردادهای سفید امضا و غیرمتعارف) کمیته اخلاق که یکی از ارکان قضایی فدراسیون فوتبال است نسبت به موضو رسیدگی و برابر آیین نامه اقدام خواهد کرد.

This is all coming out now after criticism arose about Edinho having to cover up his tattoos. People claimed that he was never told he wouldn't be able to play in short sleeves so to make him cover them up was ridiculous.

Now it seems the IFF is making sure everyone warns players of this or face future punishment.
