I've been to Chalus I've seen my cousins throw house parties but this is a SUBVERSIVE culture that has been created AGAINST the rule of law. How the hell can you credit this to jomboori islami? Iranian cities are literally filled with sad, bored, overeducated, unemployed young adults trying to find ways to have sex and drink and distract themselves from their misery. That's why people are drunk driving all the time in Tehran at night and that's why there is an unspoken crack epidemic among Tehran's older-population.
