IPL Premiere: Pay for performance!

For the first time in the history of our football a club(Gostaresh foolad) will pay their players based on how well they will perform in the league.

There will be a formula which will determine how much bonus or deduction will apply to each player's contract.

I personally see it as a positive move and if it becomes generalized, it could potentially increase the competition spirit. It might also be a good way to manage sosool players like Sadeghian who get paid astronomically(for IPL standards), but deliver zero throughout the season.

به گزارش خبرنگار خبرگزاری دانشجویان ایران (ایسنا) منطقه آذربایجان*شرقی، بر اساس اعلام مسئولان باشگاه گسترش فولاد تبریز، قرارداد بازیکنان این تیم برای فصل پانزدهم لیگ برتر به صورت خاصی تنظیم شده که به این صورت است که مبلغ قرارداد آن ها بر اساس نتایج این تیم پرداخت می شود.

این نوع تنظیم قرارداد با فرمول خاصی است و تنها در باشگاه گسترش فولاد انجام می شود و نسبت به نتایج تیم و جایگاه آن در جدول، قرارداد بازیکنان تغییر می کند.

گفته می شود در صورت بهتر شدن جایگاه تیم در جدول لیگ پانزدهم، قرارداد بازیکنان نیز به همان نسبت بالاتر خواهد رفت و در صورت کسب نتایج ضعیف، مبلغ قرارداد آن ها کسر خواهد شد.
