Something went wrong while he was growing up. Having a mother, she must not have paid attention to him.

Ali Karimi had issues in the younger days, he kind of matured but still had issues.

Payam will have issues. Ali Daie is helping him but he needs psychological help more than anything.

Payam Sadeghian and Kaveh Rezaei were the best of that great U17 team. IRIFF should ensure these guys are looked after and provide them with opportunities to excel. In the case of Sadeghian if he needs counciling he should get the best available and then reconcile with coaches or those he had issues with. He will be very useful for Team Melli.

This dude spends most of his time trying to pick up girls on Instagram, I have a couple of friends that he has been messaging trying to show off. He is just a young dude that wants to party. In Jan 2015 he had a deal with a Russian team that fell through, i am unsure if it was visa related or the club pulled out, i wasnt able to find out. However I believe he has a new offer from Russia.

He's doing pretty well for Saba Daei really likes him, and he was one of Naft's key players before that.

It's just that with all the stupid hashieh he created he will most likely miss on his TM career. Perhaps another coach in few years will call him up couple of times but ultimately all these stories he attracted to himself will cost him

I'm more excited about the emergence of this shojaeeian kid. Payam's playing style is only good for Arabs n IPL. The most he could hope for internationally is replicating khalatbari achievements & that only if he can keep his koskholi attitude in check.

I never saw the potential that some people refer to when talking about Sadeghian. He is OK, just not great. I think as he matures he can still be a pretty useful player for an IPL team or even abroad (Arab teams, no Europe).
