In a world that connections, experience and skills are everything, It is seriously questionable how far these can take our budding talents forward!

Given very little connections and powers they have with their perhaps ulterior interest sitting somewhere else, would players like JB ever end up in better clubs?

Would switch to more well recognised foreign agents dramatically increase the chances of signing better deals for these type of talents?

Do foreign Agents want them? Do Iranian players have a say in who would be their Agent or is it forced upon them?

How come Daie, hashemian, mahdavikia and Karimi ended up in top clubs? Are we dealing with a new crop of inferior Agents?

Do we as fans overrate our current talents and Agents are not the issue!!?

To answer few Qs of OP.
1. Our current talent pool is not as great as our past generation (ending with Nekounam)
2. Our players are not choosing good and experienced agents
3. There are too many ineligible agents demanding high wages that discourage players to approach them
4. Just making a buck today without thinking about future type of mentality among some agents caused many players to lose trust
Numerous Qatari transfers that ruined the players quality and future chances are the obvious example of # 4.
5. Iranian players become less marketable... due to our beloved former government (Embezzlement and hateful speech team of Ahmadi Nejad)

he is a bit of a shady character, but he is certainly very well connected and can sell ice to Eskimos ..!
those who sign for him are likely to get hit with exuberant fees and get caught up in shady transfer sagas but i think in the long-run they are far more likely to be taken seriously by bigger EU clubs and eventually they end up making much more money and leave behind a more impressive career path..!

Football Transfer Market, especially in EU, is filled with scandalous dealings and a lot of non-disclosed money exchanging hands behind the scenes ..! it takes special shroud characters to be a successful Agent in today football market..!!
Kia is definitely one of those and with some iranian connection and heritage, he may just be the Best choice for our players..!!
ONLY word caution would be that the players need to be more hands-on can not be ignorant and totally oblivious and trusting leaving their futures in this guy's hand..!! need to make sure they have in hand solid exit clauses in their contractual agreements with him..!!
