Alireza Haghigi is a very good keeper, but unfortunately the competition is hard. Perhaps in 2-3 years he will be better than Ryzhikov but for now he remain the second choice. He should move to another club in order to play.

Just when you think the young goalkeeper would be discouraged from football all together, he was picked next game and was a total beast. And the rest is history!

Haghighi is a good keeper, but he is not world class. We are lucky to have a few good keepers, and like most of our other positions at the moment, we are a very good team overall. I don't think we have any true weak point other than one. We don't have any Karimi-type players in any position yet, which is okay, but hopefully that will come soon as Iran's stock in International football rises and we have more players deservedly moving to Europe at a young age. If we were Japan, believe me that we would have had players like Azmoun and Ezatollahi in the Bundesliga at 16 years old.
We have depth of good players at the moment. The only position we are missing to become a great team is a true playmaking CAM. If we can have 1 or 2 players emerge as stars with world-class quality, and the rest of our team remains the same, we will be easily making it to the round of 16 in 2018 and 2022. Algeria is like that. They are not a team full of stars. They work harder than their opponents and have a few standout players, among an otherwise solid team.
Haghighi is a good keeper and solid at his job. He makes mistakes, but who doesn't? Biranvand is also good, but he makes mistakes as well. I hope that many of us can hold back our critiques and putting down our players so prematurely like we did with Davari. Putting down players constantly can have a ripple effect where it gets back to the player and begins to get in their head, causing them to play worse. I truly believe that is the situation with Ansarifard. So much negativity around the guy after a few bad performances made the guy afraid to touch the ball. The mental aspect of football is almost as important as the physical training. Being called ballerina by everyone here on PFDC is not a great way to treat players that we want to succeed and help our team. I truly believe that there is this negative attitude of wanting our players to fail. Just cheer on the dang team. I think it's sad that so many people were laughing and celebrating Shojaei and Ansarifard being cut. You can say the guys are out of form, but some of you make it seem like these guys killed your families or something. Celebrating a player's failure is sad and petty.
I hope that many of you will give our players a chance after a few mess ups, as in the long-run we will ruin all of our players if we turn on them after a handful of errors. Give Haghighi and Biranvand a chance, as they are the only 2 real options at the moment.

it could be CAFC..!!?? Reza's suggestion..??
Charlton's 1st choice is injured for another month or so..!! their backup has done relatively ok so far but he seems awful young and inexperienced and has a major butter-fingers, spilling too many shots..!! i know that they are looking for keeper to sign before the deadline, but chances for starting is gonna be somewhat scarce there too, especially after their first choice recovers but surely better than Rubin ...!!
it could well be another Championship side wouldnt mind even a League 1 side if he is considered a sure starter and gets minutes consistently....!!

The work permit rules in England have been changed, he could qualify. Here a piece explaining it (thanks to Nick Barkley on twitter): http://weaintgotnohistory.sbnation.c...ea-work-permit
