That is actually not going to happen! Already top world class goalies price tag is much lower than other positions, Haghighi was loaned out with quite low salary, so Kazan making lot of money out of him, that is all Iranian media's speculations.

Haghighi value price wise is pretty low, if price is main issue that stop him to be transferred to an English team(which i highly doubt), then Kazan should stop dreaming!

Anyway good luck to him. I am not his big fan but i like his desire and determination.

sounds like they wanna milk some transfer fee in addition to getting him of their wage-bill by straight loaning him out..!!
english teams are rich in general and i suppose Rubin will play a bit of hard ball to $ee just how bad they want their loaner keeper, before they approve the move..!!??
in absence of Berdiev, Rubin has been treating both our boys there rather classless and way too much like a commodity..!!
i get an impression that it was mostly Berdiev who was looking out for interests of our boys at Rubin and when Rubin forced him out after many years in helm, the left-behind overall negative atmosphere, forced Azmoun to pull all sorts of dirty tricks in book in order to force a loan to Rostov..!! now perhaps as a retribution they are being a prick by throwing loan snags with the want-away Alireza...!!?

Lets hope a last minute fee is agreed and our boy gets to play in english football this season, even if as a back up..!!

which teams in EPL are in desperate need of keeper reinforcement anyways..? any guess yet as to the interested english clubs..?

This reminds me of a hostage situation. The best he got was loaned to Portuguese teams, it's really sad..

Man I hope he can get transferred its a waste to have him on the bench, so stupid how he hasn't even gotten one official game under his belt for Rubin.

Transfer deadline is nearing. I don't think Rubin will let him go. They own his contract, and they may hurt Haghighi to get back at Azmoun. Would be shitty, as in the long run, they will lose Haghighi for nothing, but a loan to a good team in England would raise his stock for a future sale.

I think Haghighi's days as TM starter might be numbered if he stays at Rubin, as without matches under his belt, his quality will suffer. I think Biranvand is on the rise to be Iran's next GK for several years, unless Haghighi and Davari can somehow get some playing time and show good form.

Most major European leagues' transfer windows are closed by now. England's is still open until tomorrow though. So it's either Haghighi goes to England tomorrow, or the Russians keep their unprofessional antics and haghighi stays as rubin's second goalie until at least January.

When does his contract expire? 2090? Or when IR falls?

Next summer. So if they don't let him go they will either have to let him go for cheaper in January or for free next summer.

That would be very dumb on Rubin's end. As others have stated, there are several hours to go in the transfer deadline. Let's all cross our fingers that he is loaned to a decent squad, and gets playing time. Let's also hope that we get an out of nowhere transfer signing at the deadline that will make this a truly amazing transfer window.

English transfer window still open 12 hours. Portuguese even three more weeks. I hope he moves. Anyhow, he might get a few games at Rubin now finally, I hope Ryzhnikov will have to serve a long suspension.

Louis Van Gaal has personally called Rubin Kazan and asked for Haghighi to be released immediately. Man United and Rubin Kazan are negotiating for final transfer fee. We will hear the outcome pretty soon!
