Louis Van Gaal has personally called Rubin Kazan and asked for Haghighi to be released immediately. Man United and Rubin Kazan are negotiating for final transfer fee. We will hear the outcome pretty soon!

De Gea is staying at Man U, as his transfer to Real fell through because of an email problem. This is big breaking news on footballing news websites. Pretty crazy actually, as that was going to be the big transfer of this deadline. Real is possibly filing a claim in court against Man U.

In regards to Haghighi, the Iranian news said he was negotiating with London based teams. Arsenal and Chelsea are good on Goalkeepers, and to be honest, a transfer there would be ridiculous as a loan from Rubin.

Crystal Palace would be a possibility, but they currently have a full roster of 4 decent GK's. Tottenham has Lloris and Vorm only, and Haghighi may have been brought in as a 3rd choice.

West Ham has the excellent Adrian in goal, so they are also not a likely choice for a loan. I think the likely team was Crystal Palace in the EPL, but the transfer was probably unlikely.

Any team of Brentford, Charlton, Fulham, or QPR could have used Haghighi. I think he could go to any 1 of these 4 teams. Would be good to have Gucci and Haghighi on the same team. The transfer deadline for England is in a couple of hours, let's cross our fingers that Haghighi makes a transfer!
