I don't know if anyone's noticed but Rostov could certainly do with another keeper. They just have Dzhanaev and an 18 year old.

Clearly nobody is going to buy him and, with his contract ending next summer, Rubin are only screwing themselves here.

As far as Portugal goes, he'd be best suited to a loan move either at Nacional or Estoril.

Haghighi in the starting line up against SKA-Energiya right now for the Russia Cup. Currently at 62' with Rubin losing 1-0 to an early 3' goal.

Found the highlights. Haghighi definetly wasn't at fault for the first goal, he saved a freekick and directed it away from the net, where the opposition player crossed it to the back post and the player wasn't marked and he headed it in. 2nd goal was definetly not his fault either, it was a 1v1 from 8 yards. In conclusion Haghighi could have done nothing, but knowing Rubin and their coach I wouldn't be suprised if Haghighi never plays for Rubin again.

He had the chance to punch away the cross on the first goal. At the last second when he finally decided to go toward the ball, it was too late. He is partially at fault. 2nd goal was out of his hand.

Not really well visible, but seems some of you brought the microscope again to assess an Iranian goalkeeper. Doesn't look like a mistake for me.

God forbid we criticize one of our goalies.

While it doesn't look like a mistake to you, it looks like a mistake to me. He was already back on his feet, and watched the ball go through its trajectory, but hesitated to jump and punch it out. If he had made the original deflection from the free kick, and the cross was made before he could've got back on his feet I would've said there is nothing he could've done (except maybe he could've actually got a hold of the ball or deflected out of bounds on the initial free kick).

He hasn't looked as solid as his performance during WC14 or AFC15. Maybe the lack of play time is a factor in that, but he seems more hesitant now a days.

i dont see any legit fault on either goals conceded either..!!

he got down very well to parry away that FK and stood back up quickly enough to cover up his primary responsibility of also blocking out any rebound shot at his near post ..!!
the attacking player instead lobbed his cross way too high for him to have any chance of reaching and punching it away..! at that point, it was mostly his defenders responsibility clear away that lobbed ball to his back post..!

says the non-expert never played goalie at an international level !! This is no footbalista and no YUSUJI here!

Please not forget that he hasn't played all that much and is rusty a bit. Kheily ham amalkardesh khoub boud beh nazareh man. The 2nd goal was 50/50 and unfortunately he could not save it. Lets for once stop with the abiteh ghermezeteh crap. The dude busted his ass and has earned his spot in TM. End of story. Unfortunately Beinavand showed a side so typical now a days.

                            Haghighi needs more playing time.

The Oman goal was result of his bad positioning, and this is not the first time. Basically, the goal was a copy of the 1-1 we conceded against Iraq. He was also off during the Sweden game, I am getting sick of repeating mistakes. Same goes for CQ putting Hajsafi as LB after all the dardesari, why aren't we learning?

He should've punched or caught the ball in the Oman game. He needs to be playing consistently, being on the bench isn't going to cut it.
