Is there any chance of Taha being called to the u23 team for the Olympic qualifier in January? Based on what I saw in March the goalie wasn't that good so maybe you should contact the coach and if taha develops enough he can be the keeper in Qatar.

It's the league cup. Haghighi also didn't get playing time in tournaments other than the league, be it in Penafiel or Covilha
