Although the commentator made a mistake. the picture on his shirt was actually the players cousin who also passed away recently.

Don't understand all the b.s. that has been going on about Rahmati having the performance of his lifetime in the game. I watched the entire game, didn't really see all that much. We all know penalities are a game of hit and miss. A poor kick, saved byt the goalie, is not credit to the goalkeeper but rather a reflection of poor taker.
I think this is just another propaganda game started by those who have made a business out of being anti CQ. The "Opposition" -- and that is pretty much like anything else in that poor country of ours that is run by bunch of backward people.

In my eyes, playing for TM is the biggest honor for any player, a divine duty no matter wha and under any circumstances. You just cannot turn your back onto it and once realize your bratting games no longer pull things off for you, then playing the victim game. He shockingly and for no reason quit TM at its most difficult and desperate time while playing the most crucial WCQ games, not giving the rat's ass for the consequences it may cause for TM and himself at the time. once he realized that his bache baazi had no kharidaar, he showed some interest of returning to TM, CQ required him to make an apology, and this guy's ego did not allow him to admit that what he did was wrong, and refrained for apologizing (This means no remorse for what he did, which warrants a lifetime TM ban in my opinion)
Our current TM is the most disciplined TM ever, great harmony and atmosphere in TM camp is just undeniable, everyone unanimously love their coach (Unprecedented in any Iranian team) let's not ruin it folks!
Congrats to Esteghlal for their win. Kudos to Naft for playing brave and nice football. Had Naft beaten Esteghlal, it would have been a repeat of last year's Hazfi cup final!
I have a feeling Zob will win the cup in Isfahan, and I am most certain about this feeling.

CQ is making this a personal issue . Even sir Alex (the greatest coach) would've sort out this problem. Just like the way he did it with Bechham, rooney , ronaldo and many other players that had worse attitude than Rahmati .

PS: I don't like rahmati myself, but we have to be fair on him.

I think this is the reason that our players make stupid and emotional mistakes. TM plays with emotions and this is a big problem for us. CQ reminds me of those iranian teachers that used to discipline their students hard way , so students were forced to love and obey the teacher otherwise they would be punished. This is the same with CQ ....you must love him or you'll be kicked out of TM !

Rahmati is delivering amazing performances weekly this season, coaches like Mansourian/Branko and many others have admitted it while continuously praising him, all commentators underline it as well, so if people aren't impressed with his game I wonder what they think about Haghighi.
I'm also far, far from Rahmati's fan but it is what it is, he is at least one class above any available Iranian keeper right now, those who will solely look at this with a football perspective, objectively, without emotions, will 100% acknowledge it and say the same. The disciplinary issues are something else, he made a terrible mistake and he is out of TM plans, but it doesn't change his performance level.

As long as Mehdi Rahmati does not apologize he can’t be forgiven, simple as that. CQ actually thanked Rahmati after the WC and said without him & couple of other players we wouldn’t have been able to play in WC - he also asked the federation to collect those players and thank them one by one for their service. You don't have to love CQ, but you have to respect your national team and coach if you want to play for TM.
I know that you love CQ but put your emotions away. CQ is making a big deal out of small mistake. My question to CQ is that would he do the same to Ronaldo (100 million+ euro player) if he was the RM coach ! the clear answer is NO ! He wouldn't even dare to do it.

Tractor Sazi 1-2 Esteghlal
Goals by: Cesar and Shahbazzadeh (scored twice)

Tractor seemed to be clueless upfront. I don't get it, why GN insists to kick Hamza Yones out and use Cesar as forward?!
Esteghlal played more intelligent and deserved to win this game.
