Premier League clubs spend money like there's no tomorrow. 5 million is nothing for English standards. If they pay 28 million for an incredibly overrated player like Depay, then money is no issue for Everton if they want to get Azmoun.

Again, Sardar is not a Rostov player. He has a contract with Rubin Kazan until summer 2017, so he won't play anything with them next season unless the management decides to trigger the buy option of his contract and offer him a long-term contract which I don't see happening

And considering he has only one more season left on his contract with Rubin, there's a very high chance of seeing him move to another team this summer.
