I didn't like how the hosts while congratulating him for the win and right away sarcastically linking his win to Iranians voting for him (Although we did pull that )

Good job Karim. I had lost hope for him after Osasuna but looks like he found his place in Greece. although he's not good enough for the top leagues, but well suited for that league. Unless he can showcase himself in the EL next season, we shall see. Typically only teams that do well in CL/EL out of Turkey, russia, greece and those types of countries are the very top classic teams that have an excellent roster. these 2nd place and lower teams usually dont do much in Europe, but its great exposure.

So proud of him. Performing in Europe after a poor season. He used it as his motivation, and is continuing to grow. Best goal of the season, speaks English very well, sharply dressed, and polite. He is creating a excellent image of Iranians within Greece and I am proud to have him there representing us. Keep it up Karim!

It's interesting how he mentions that the coach let him know that panionios wasn't a strong team and that they would be struggling most likely, and Karim still took the chance knowing it would not be a smooth ride. He has scored some really nice ones this season. I hope he continues and turns into a beast. And I hope he breaks his bad luck with TM too.

i agree
a move to a more high profile team with a deep offensive options could well be too hasty and prove to be a mistake..!!

im very glad he got rewarded for his persistence to keep playing EU football but he is just beginning to fine-tune his offensive moves and grow his confidence and he still needs frequent playing minutes in order to build up on his good work there so far..!
