    This will only be good if they can make it assigned seating so that there is some organization in the stadium. Going to Azadi is way to khar to khar at the moment.

    Just adding seats without proper ticketing and assignment is useless.

      even with internet tickets that they have now its not working, people like to buy tickets old fashioned way.

      personally i love upper deck, prefer it over lower deck!

        There are many problems, seats or no seats is one of them.

        First of all, I wish Azadi will be given to a club or a private sector. Second, the building is old and its restrooms are not clean or at times functional. The 90 program has shown some of the problems such as not having clean water or cold water in hot days such as in Summer months.

        Each Iranian club needs to be privatized and has its own stadium.

            and seating the top tier of Azadi will take at least 9 to 12 months, knowing Iranians and how they work
