I wonder what they mean by upper leg..!? Perhaps he pulled his hamstring Again ..!??
From what I recall, the last game he played for NEC, he clearly pulled a Hammy , was subbed out & ended up missing the rest of last season ..!
Oddly later NEC announced it was a knee injury that was keeping him away from action ..!?? Wtf..!??
Did he injure his knee consequently in NEC training ground ..!?? He didn't play another competitive game, not even for omid TM, until this last week..! & supposedly now he has an Upper leg injury ..!??
Some fishy shitt & bunch of misinformation has been going on with his whole injury saga, since his last game @ NEC .,!

^^^ Sorry, don't know the details. The voetbalzone article states "bovenbeenblessure", which literally means injury to his upper leg. What it exactly means I don't know, but it doesn't sound too serious (hopefully).Last edited by Amin_; 09-16-2015, 09:36 PM.Persian Pride running through my veins!

"Conspicuously absent
The new striker AZ, Alireza Jahanbakhsh, there is not in Belgrade. He has problems with his thigh. Saturday he had made his first 60 minutes in the AZ-shirt: "It is better to Ali not to use this competition. He has just come back from an injury. The decision not to take him, it was not easy, because he wanted to play himself. He can now focus on Sunday's game against FC Groningen.""
