Might as well start a New thread for Reza, as it seems he has already cemented his 1st team position in the upcoming season for Charlton Athletic in English Championship..!

Apparently he has been working hard in training so far and seems highly motivated to make his second stint at the club more impactful and memorable than last time around.
his lone goal for the club was a sexy curler and a vital 3point getter in their relegation battle a year or more ago..!!
lets hope for many more goals this season for our WC hero, as he attempts to resurrect his football career after a year of wa$ting away in obscurities of crappy arab leagues..!
he still has a long way to go in order to establish himself as a regular starter in CAFC, but he certainly has Some superior qualities to most of the 5 other strikers in the current squad all vying for the 2 starting spots..!!
he is one of Six strikers..! (Makienok, Vetokele, Watt, Reza, Pigott, Ahearne-Grant)...!
probably 4th choice ..? but with Vetokele still unfit for a while longer, he may be fighting the last two mentioned above for 3rd pick..!!?
i'd say that without any doubt, he is the Best Finisher/Poacher of the lot..! he is a more internationally experienced striker with a WC to his credit and CAFC's Only WC scorer ..! the sole 2footed striker of that group, with equally sound finishing touches with both feet..!
from very little that iv seen so far, Tony Watt is the only other striker that i rate in that group, but he is a horrible finisher..! the currently injured Vetokele is their top scorer from last season and apparently another good striker?? the big boy Makienok, is a whole different sort of a striker, more like a target man for aerial assaults..!! Pigott is unproven at that level and not highly rated. Ahearne-Grant is from the their academy, young and promising but unproven and inexperienced ..!
it still remain to be seen if Reza with his diminutive stature can cope with physicality of the Championship football..?? but then again he proved at WC that if motivated he can handle physical play fine and dish out some of his own hacking and ankle-biting too..!!
he certainly seem to have a far superior supporting cast this time around him and plenty of big, bruising teammates to protect him against the defensive bullies of the league..!!
COME ON REZA, Make us Proud..!
