yea bizarre starting line-up tonight..!! something like 6 defenders one winger/AM? One holdingMFdr and 2 forwards..!! WTF..??
guess desperate times call for desperate measures..??
it was a long trip away this game and Reza has been quiet involved in past few games, so perhaps a Rest tonight..??? or more likely dropped cause he didnt do much of anything with his last few chances...?? although to be fair he was forced to play RW for most part in those games..!!
like i said before, due to ridiculously high number of injuries to key players, Charlton has become a grossly imbalance team, the owner too clueless and tight with his money to address the shortage in the loan market with proper replacement and it seems he just brings in whoever is cheap regardless of need for their position on the pitch and their form and fitness..!!
so i suppose coach is somewhat forced to line-up a make shift starting players and moving nearly70% of the tonight players out of their natural playing position..!!?
obviously he is looking for a draw and hoping to give a much needed rest to some who will be needed to play here in a few more days on Sat..!!

i think thats highly debatable..!!
imo, Reza possesses perhaps the highest football intellect in that team, works tremendously hard with or without being in possession of the ball, but The mostly Kick n Rush, highly Physical football played in Championship Simply does not suite his game and besides that he is just too small-framed/lightweight for the english football especially so in a struggling Championship team.
he would be 10 times more effective playing in Eredivisie or similar type EU league..!! but he is slowly getting up there in age too and his recent (since WC)football career doesnt bid too well for his chances of getting even a semi lucrative EU offer..! Unless he starts producing some more goals and highlights in the remaining games at CAFC..!
all that aside, if his only other alternatives are Gutterie and ayrab clubs, i'll still prefer him staying put at CAFC, especially if by some miracle they survive relegation this season.

He is the mosrt underated player ever he proves himself over and over again both at club level and national level; he could easily play in a mid2lower epl team. just look at epl English men dont know anything about football their stars are all foreigners in their league.
