Why is everyone talking about an acl injury??? There is no report of it being that serious and I'm sure the coach and club would have mentioned something by now if it was. So can we please stop speculating and filling the thread about acl injuries (I don't really want to be reading about acl injuries having just recovered from a torn acl myself lol, sorry for the rant btw)

First of all Here is the definition of forum for you
        ˈfɔːrəm
        noun
noun: forum; plural noun: forums; plural noun: fora
        fora
a meeting or medium where ideas and views on a particular issue can be exchanged.
"we hope these pages act as a forum for debate"

        2.
The first report is that he will be out for a month, its impossible to see how severe his injurie is.
It will take 3-4 weeks for the fluid in his knee to go away first then you can make a real judgment, if you look at the picture i posted on him earlier you will see that his knee looks like a balloon and that he use a brace????

3.Clubs and players tend to be casious with reporting injuries as their markert value will drop and make a eventual transfer harder.

Charlton is currently holding Hull City to 0-0 in the middle of the first half.

Also, Gucci said that he will only be out a few weeks on his twitter, so all that ACL talk can end now. He will probably miss the Guam and India matches for TM. Also, he will likely now be a Charlton player 100% for the upcoming season, since it is doubtful that any team will want to buy him now with his current injury.

Another injury for Charlton as their Spanish player Caballos hobbled off the field in the first half. It's funny that the English fans were calling Gucci a weak player when half their team has been injured in the first month of the league. It's a rough play style for sure.

Hull equalize in the 90th minute... I'm hoping they will promote, but this coach can't seem to keep the advantages. 8 minutes of extra time. Hull attacking very hard. They may win.

Ghoochannejhad had attracted interest from Dutch Eredivise club Willem II, however after his recent injury they have dropped their interest:

"Willem II drop out at Reza Ghoochannejhad

Tilburg - Willem II was interested in Iranian international Reza Ghoochannejhad. The club has several weeks to contact the player and his club Charlton Athletic, but a training injury threw a spanner in the works.

Research has shown that Ghoochannejhad can not come into action until the winter break. Therefore, the attacker is no longer interesting for Willem II, which is looking for immediate reinforcements for the team of Jurgen Streppel.

Ghoochannejhad started his professional career with Heerenveen. By Go Ahead Eagles, Cambuur, Emmen, Sint Truiden and Standard Liege he joined Charlton Athletic rightly, that he rented in Kuwait FC and Al Wakrah."

Wait, so is this confirming that Gucci will be out for a few months? His injury may be bad if this source is implying that.

not necessarily, any player that gets injured, even if its for a few weeks, it will make any team drop their interest in signing. an injured player cant even pass a medical anyway so it doesnt make sense to even sign one if they wanted to. transfer window is closed in a few days so ya no team will want to sign him.
