Why do I get the feeling Reza sometimes is playing the "regime game"? For a kid who was raised in the Netherlands he's acting awfully Islamic Republic of Iran. It's like he's playing a role to get better treatment from the higher ups. Anyone else understand what I'm talking about?

Anyway, I hope he continues to flourish regardless of if he decide to stay or leave Charlton. Wish him the best of luck!

I don't care about their religious affiliations, but I do find it interesting if players compromise their own beliefs and our country's generall well being for personal gain.

                          Reza is starting today!
I can't believe this, the manager has put on every single striker There's going to be lots of goals in this one.
                          Reza most likely playing RM.

Obviously, I'm sharing a feeling I have on a forum and asking if I'm the only who has noticed that and gotten this feeling. I didn't claim that it's a fact. I merely stated that I didn't allude to his religious affiliation, but his way of interacting. Also heard from a journalist friend who has covered the NT that he seemed like yes man to the higher ups in the IFF, so I might be a bit tinged by that.

Reza posted pictures of himself with one of IR's ambassador (to Holland I think) and another picture of him with Ahmadinejad the most hated man in Iran in the last 10 years, like couple weeks ago.

Either he is not aware of the feeling people have for IR officials or his sucking up to regime.
