Reza will most likely also miss this weekend's game against Burnley:
"Yaya Sanogo and fellow forward Reza Ghoochannejhad are both doubtful for Charlton with hamstring injuries."

i appreciate Gucci 110% for what he has done for TM, basically got us to the World Cup himself ( what a memory that goal against SK was ) . But, we have Azmoun doing very well for Rostov, guaranteed in Europa League next year, maybe in Champions League, and maybe gonna win the Russian League. Then we have Ansarifard, doing excellently in greece, team is guarateed in Europa league, won goal of the season, and has interest from even bigger teams in greece. And we have Taremi who is an excellent talent, top scorer in Iran and has a high chance of going to Europe this summer and is in good form for TM as well. So we really shouldnt be too worried what happens to gucci. Yes, we all would love him to stay in europe, but lets face it, the offers he gets now are going to be from the same crappy level of teams hes been playing for most of his career. More likely he goes to iran, especially since he has an iranian wife, and personally i wouldn't knock him for that, but don't think he deserves TM playing time ahead of three mentioned strikers, regardless of staying or leaving europe. Personally, seeing him in persepolis or something would be the most interesting.

Watch our game against Japan, we missed 3 easy goals where we could have dominated them. Without Gucci, we wouldnt be in the world cup. So yes, we should worry about Gucci more than anyone now. He scored our winning goal against UAE, helped us draw Iraq in the last minute. Taremi hasn't been in TM for more than 6 months. This shit pisses me off when people say we shouldnt worry about him and people would prefer Ansarifard and Taremi over Gucci. Give me a break.
I honestly feel lucky with this because Azmoun and Taremi are strong enough to score early, but Gucci can definitely be a game changer as a super sub if we are tied or trailing (God forbid). Ansarifard still hasn't returned to form for TM, but he easily could now that he has less pressure on his shoulders.
Charlton had a miserable season, but Gucci is still an important player. He will nab a few important goals on the road to Russia, I am fairly certain.

b for selfish reasons would love to have a decent iranian talent in MLS to follow ..! this league is also pretty physical and a bit of hackers league and his stay in Championship proved as i predicted earlier he couldnt cope with such playing environment but the overall quality of the play is below that of Championship, so he may experience much more success than he did in CAFC..!
in order to come to MLS, i think his options would be limited..! he would be considered the Designated International signee for his would be team and likely be one of very few in that team earning a semi-decent wage, probably $300-little over half a mil range..!! the only MLS team who would waste Designated International spot for his services are probably the teams in cities with large iranian compatriots in them, like LA, Toronto or such...!! but those teams have already used up their DI slots with other, more established washed-up, ex EU football stars..!
anyways, its far too early to guess where he will end up...! for now there'll be plenty more Rumors and Bazar-garmies spread around in order to publicize his availability ...!! could be well into July before we hear some more substantiated and legitimate transfer rumors ..!
