we should be able to beat them easily in tehran, they are a decent team but should not pose a problem for us honestly.

Using one's common sense, the highest ranking football team in Asia should easily walk over a lower rank team, such as Turkmenistan. Please stop justifying the horrible performance TM displayed with excuses like "bad pitch or grass rolling". There needs to be legitimate reason behind the sub-par performance. Team fatigue, unpreparedness, inaccurate preparation, lack of proper strategy, improper utilization of players are reasons one could justify the bad performance TM showed in that game. Using "bad pitch" and "grass rolling" as excuses just makes you sound silly.

It wasn't till the 80 some minute until someone, I think Teymourian, decided to finally take a shot down the middle.

Same pessimistic people who decide to blame 1 person for every game TM fail, instead of taking into account all of the variables involved in a bad game by a team in a team sport.
Blame just CQ, or just Beitashour, or just Davari, to further an agenda towards those that these members personally don't care for.
How about blaming the lack of team cohesion, and the retirement of our captain. Us playing with essentially a C Team, 2 of our best players being injured. It being the first game of a long road to the World Cup, etc.
There are many issues that contribute to our poor performance against Turkmenistan.
When people think back to our loss to Lebanon, most of you just jumped to calling CQ a shit coach, and nobody would acknowledge the fact that we again, played with a C team, hit the post, and dominated the whole game, and ran into bad luck.
When CQ loses a game where we have Jahanbakhsh, Dejagah, our captain playing as the captain for more than one game, and it's not very early in the coach's experimentation with new players in a transitional team, I will jump on the fire CQ bandwagon many of you have been on since we lost 1 game in 2011. The fact is, when CQ found our strongest team in 2013, we ascended to the top of Asia.
Expecting the likes of Torabi and Taremi to win games for TM in their second caps, you are asking a bit much. We are a team in transition. Wait more than 1 game before jumping to conclusions about our coach's quality.
It's called being reactionary. Many Iranians are pessimists and overly emotional about single events shaping entire opinions.
