Talent is good but not enough, there are several other factors.
    Here are a few:
    1. Being at the right place at the right time (Otherwise called Luck)
    2. Flexibility and ability to adapt to another culture and language (The most talented player of Iranian history (Ali Karimi) lacked this)
    3. Being discovered at the right age (most players you named are already 5 years passed that age) so now they need to prove themselves in TM
    4. Recognition and Invitation by key coaches - Ex: The most talented player in Iran in the last 5 years has been Rahmati who has
consistently performed and still no Europe, none of the players you named are as talented as Rahmati - This shows how important a coaches invitation could be in the player's destiny.
    5. Staying injury free - Players have to have strong bodies and also some luck to stay injury free - (Another great talent in our football (Moharam Navidkia) never shined in Europe due to weak body and injuries

    6. Letting go of their Ego and start from the bottom in Europe and know that the system that is set up in the Western World is a much more fair system then in our country and no matter where they start , if they have the talent they will rise to the top.

Come on brother what did they show outside IPL? Pretty much nothing. JB has been to a World Cup at his age, and those you mentioned have not been there at all. Ok, Khalatbari deserved it, but I think JB is a much more well rounded player than Alishah and Sadeghian. No offense

there is absolutely NO DOUBT jahanbakhsh is a better player, no one is argueing about that. my point is sadeghian and alishah are both more technically gifted (in terms of with the ball at their feet, dribbling, skill moves, etc..) honestly alishah dribbling wise is the best iranian ive ever seen after karimi, he can play at the highest level of world football if he polishes his game. i had high hopes for sadeghian, but now...i am not so sure

ArJ isn't really a dribbler. He's just a hard worker who thinks fast and knows what to do with the ball.

I have a question about iranian footballers. Alireza Jahanbakhsh is a good footballer, but when I watch IPL-football, I see much more talented players then him. Examples are Vahid Amiri, Ali Alipour, Ehsan Hajsafi, Mehdi Taremi, Bakthiar Rahmani and Mehdi Sharifi. Why is he playing in Europe (which was a great move) and players like Amiri and Hajsafi not. Don't understand me wrong though, I love Alireza's courage and he definitly grabbed his chance but I think that players like Hajsafi en Amiri deserve the chance more. Is this because of the connections that Alireza had?
In a nutshell, a lot of it has to do with being in the right place the right time, and decisively scooping up that rare opportunity when it presents itself.

Of course after getting there one needs consistency and discipline to stay or move up. Cultural psychology plays a huge part in the latter stage.
