They passed well for 8 minutes, not much after that. And they are not sitting back, we are still trying to attack, it is actually the bad passing that is ruining all our attacks. Sloppy passing and guys trying to dribble one man too many is what is stopping us from advancing to far up the field.

We had 55-60% possession until around the 20th min with great short passing, but after the goal the players dropped deeper somehow and relied on the the counter with direct passing

But SM jaan, stopping a team is one thing, and playing better than the opponent is another. I started watching from the 8' and Yemen appeared slightly the better team.

Maybe They have invested in their youth football academies (the poorest country in the Middle East)
