For many years now, we have had Japan on a pedestal as the super-duper best team in Asia and finally we are getting the chance to play against them. Last time it was back in 2005.

The only danger of the Iran - Japan friendly is the danger of it being cancelled. It's a great friendly, we need to play this team several times a year in my opinion. They are the best team in Asia and we can have a healthy rivalry with them and gain a ton of experience.
