Personally, I am happy that Iran left West Asian teams in 2014. No more playing the likes of Kuwait, Bahrain, and Palestine.

Central Asian Football Association should invite Azerbaijan to join it. I will be happy if Armenia also joins.

This is the last year Iran is participating in the WAFF. This year's tournament was set up couple years ago and Iran agreed to participate back then. Plus some good friendlies for the Omid team.
