None of our legionnaires have done good thus far with their respective teams, be it in the Arab leagues, or the European clubs

Domestic league, has also failed to present a shinning star so far into the new season, our top goal scorers more than half of their goals has so far been off of PKs. There is absolutely no one in PGL that we can all call him a super star who can change the game. As a matter of fact it's been more than a decade, that our football hasn't produced players like Karimi, Daei, Mahdavikia, Bagheri, Azizi, Hashemian, golmohammadi etc.

Hell even our clubs get spanked left and right in almost every edition of ACL!

After 5 Years Cq ,our playes stil cant manage 4-5 clear passes. Every Amateur team play better than this.
Just horrible to watch!!

I want the old tm back .Without huge tactiks just play football fight and try score goals 90 min.
Before Cq ,dosent matter who was the coach we created every game 10-20 goal cances to score.
And we missed lot of 100 %, every game.
Now we have just 2 shoots on the target agains oman and other shity teams.

I couldn't put my finger on what our problem was, but you nailed it. Clearly we need to play with less tactics.

It was always going to be tough match in Oman for our new team, as everyone predicted prior to the match. They are a much tougher opposition when compared to all others in our group, and they were playing at home!! Oman is a decent team by Asian standards and cause trouble for all top teams in our region, as we've noted over the years. I don't understand all the negative commentary here. Yes some footballers did show some rust, but as you are well aware TM is currently going through a transition, with quite a few young talents being injected into the team, still we managed to control the second half and put Oman under loads of pressure until we leveled the score and we didn't stop pressing even after we leveled, we were going for the win. A draw in Oman is a respectable result no matter how you look at it.

was this a completely different oman team than the one who played Guam a few weeks back..?? incomparable..!!
they looked sooo flat and uninspiring in that game, that i really fancied us winning comfortably today..!!

the announcer was saying we havent beat Oman in the last 14?? or 4 tries..?? dont remember..? can anyone confirm when was the last win vs them..??
