Since his team looks to be going for a promotion play-off spot at least, let's keep track of Ryan Tafazolli. 24 year old Iranian-English center back playing for Mansfield Town who are currently 7th in League Two of England.

It was reported that he recently had an offer from an unnamed League One club and Dundee United, who are in the Scottish Premier League. He wanted to stay at Mansfield Town to help them promote.

Wow the guy is 1.96m. Would be very nice if he gets picked up by a Championship or maybe Scottish Premier League side within the next 1 or 2 years. He recently turned 24 so if a move like that happens im sure he would get a call up by CQ and could be an interesting player if we make it to the WC in Russia.

Dundee United from SPL wanted to sign him but Mansfield rejected the offer.

Mansfield won again today, 4-3 vs Dagenham & Redbridge, Ryan as usual played the full 90. Mansfield Town move up to 6th in the table.

Mansfield are on fire. Won 3-0 against Newport County last Saturday and they are now 4th, one spot below direct promotion to League One.

Tafazolli played 90 minutes.
