If his team makes it to League One he should get a call up to see where he is capable of.

Australia had invited Massimo Luongo back then, and he was at his club Swindon Town who are in League One as well. He did well for the national team, I genuinely believe a top player from that league can be a competition for our CB spot, in that case Tafazolli. He fits in our team because he is very psychical too considering his aerial superiority and body. Hope CQ has an eye on him!

Mansfield lost 1-2 to Bristol Rovers yesterday BTW, dropped back to the 4th spot.

Wow he is a monster. So tall, that jump and header was sick!

How good is this guy, folks? First time I hear about him.

If we were to call up any new legionnaires, this guy would be my first pick. Tafazolli for Team Melli!

Guys he plays in league 2. He can get a call up whenever he joins the championship. He's only 24 tbf so i'll give him 2 yrs

He is a good looking guy though #NoHomo

If he joins Iran, and goes to world cup with us, we will see the Haghighi episode part 2

He needs to move up from that league. Then he will be on CQ's radar.

                  Today:
FA Cup: Mansfield Town 0-0 Oldham Athletic

                  I'm guessing there'll be a reverse fixture.

Is that an improvement or the same league ?

He was in League Two, that is the 4rd division of England. Peterborough United are in League One, the 3rd division.

He has a long way to go, should only be considered if he gets into a championship side

Massimo Luongo played for League one side Swindon town, yet he played brilliantly at the Asian Cup, as AUSTRALIA won the whole competition with relative ease.

He was also featured on the shortlist for Balon d'or so....
