TORABI- smashes in the rebound after dejagahs good pk is saved. HALF TIME. Iran 1-0 Japan. Dominant Iran, great performance, better chances, better play, and Japan playing all their Legionarres, (honda-AC Milan, Kagawa- Dortmund, Sakai - Schalke, Yoshida - Southampton, Okazaki - Leicester, Hasebe- Frankfurt, etc, etc). And we have a deserved lead. Amiri dejagah torabi have all been excellent along with all of the defense. Azmoun has given 100% but just not been his day so far in front of goal.

Everyone is always on their period.... 5 years ago we would have constructive posts, now no one even bothers to post cause PFDC has been taken over by emotional 16 year old kids...
What's up with this racism?
Anyway, Ezzatolahi has played great, as I said in the game against Oman, Ando needs to wrap it up, he's a beast and I love him but he is affecting our speed of play, look at how fast we are moving the ball today.
I still dont understand where Torabi's position is, but this kid gives it his all in every position. He has 3 goals in 5 appearances.
It was clear that the weather was really horrible in Oman, Dejagah is a whole different beast today.

All Torabi joking aside, it's been a very good performance. The pace in transition from the moment we win the ball is fantastic to see and it's largely coming from the new faces like Rezaeian, Amiri, Torabi and we still have Taremi of course. These are the players who will be peaking in the coming few years so it's definitely worth getting excited about.
Japan haven't been up to much at all but that's largely down to our relentless pressing too, credit to all the team for that as it's starting from Azmoun and every player is putting their shift in to press the ball. Impressed with Ebrahimi and Eza's use of the ball too.
