Haghighi: Terrible mistake, great one on one stop, played fairly well the rest of the game. Hard to rate, 5/10.

      Ghafouri: N/A
Rezaeian: Played well as RB, his crosses are very good, he is less offensive than ghafouri but better at defending. 7/10
Montazeri: Plays very intelligently, good, solid defending and smart passes. 7.5/10
Hossieni: Had a few poor passes and lost his man a few times, but overall was fine. 6.5/10
Hajsafi: He is not a LB, but he played better today, nice pass across, wish he scored that header but was dribbled easily 6/10

Ezzatollahi: I was very impressed with him, he is big, has good footwork and speed, he is a different type of DM. Bright future. 7.5/10
Ebrahimi: Did well playing in front of the CB's, and was active off the ball a lot. I wish he had more of a opportunity to shoot. 7/10.

Dejagah: Had nice ball control and dribbles but he is a shadow of his former self. Slow decision making killed the play a few times, but he was active, had a nice shot but poor penalty. 6.5/10
Azmoun: Was not active, had a nice header, too emotional, his form has dropped these past few games. 4.5/10
Amiri: Great hustle, he is so fast and fit! Nice dribbles and crosses, needs to work on his confidence to shoot the ball more. Great tackle 8.5/10

      Teymourian: N/A
Pouraliganji: Seemed to get hurt a few times this game, I didn't really feel his presence while he was palying but he dove with all he had to save us from a goal. 6.5/10
Torabi: Best dribbler today, very fast, scored a goal. Just needs to work on his defending a little bit (almost got sent off), however he was MVP. 9/10
      Taremi: N/A

Ebrahimi is a better penalty taker than Dejagah, it should be him that takes the penalties from now on. Ashkan's placement/accuracy has never been great so if the keeper guesses the right way he has basically a very high chance of stopping his shots.

We have no perfect pen taker like Nekounam anymore so that's a shame.

Ando is still not that much reliable, he usually never even takes pens and I would question his composure as well.

Ebrahimi has a good penalty ratio and has only missed 2 of 11 penalties in his career http://www.transfermarkt.com/omid-eb...spieler/180218 (last one he missed was in 2013) To me he should be the main taker, but I think they give it to Dejagah now for some reason as he is more experienced and can take pressure however his penalty technique is not the best among our players

Good analysis. That is useful info by transfermarkt.com but their data is not near complete all the time. They have almost nothing about Torabi for example. they don't even know his position.

First Ando needs to hold his position in the team before we can worry if he can take the penalties. Right now it seems to be under threat.

For those of you old timers, doesn't Amiri somehow remind you of how Hasan Rowshan used to play. I know Rowshan was head and shoulder above Amiri, but there are moments where I see the young Rowshan in Amiri.

Having doubts about a penalty going in also makes me miss nekounam even more. He hit them so well I never doubted him
when he stepped up and I don't remember ever seeing him miss.
