Sorry mate. An entire paragraph (and a long one too) in Fingilish is extremely difficult to read.
Plz do shorter or in English.

I went to Sharif University. I'm a superior genetic mutation, an improvement on the existing mediocre stock.

            *wie DIR ..... Dativ

IRI's politics is no different than handling a pressure cooker ..... As the pressure builds up, you slowly let the steam out just a tad bit so that you don't see overflow, and once the pressure from below is less, you put the lid down again and raise the temperature.

You really find Persian written in Latin script hard to read?

I read through it with ease.

Regarding the topic: At the end of the day, people who dedicate their life to something, want to get paid from it. Constantly bringing Iranian players to Europe (with less pay than they got in previous leagues) is helpful to Iran's football, but doesn't pay the bills for the agent who now has to get a percentage of a fraction of the player's previous salary.

What needs to start happening in our football is young players going to Europe before they're 20 so they can develop early. And not just a few, I'm talking like 10+ players per season.

Sad part is, most Iranian players won't leave 80k a year to go to Europe for 50k. This refusal to sacrifice a year or two of money (which is not even that much, if you consider they'll get more if they develop) is one of the factors keeping our football down. Most of them probably think because Europe's football is at a higher level, their pay will be more too. But then they soon realize that European clubs are not going to pay (an unproven) Iranian youngster as much as Iranian or Arab clubs will.

Iranian footballers don't think long term. They want to get paid now, so they can buy gucci/versace/bmw/etc now (and also help their families, to be fair) The majority of our players are like this.

Now, you're probably thinking what a bunch of selfish guys. But, you need to stop and think about their situations. Most footballers come from lower-to-middle-class families, and 80k a year is a ridiculous amount of money that can help them and their families.

In football nothing is promised, and a serious injury can end your career. So maybe they're not so selfish for wanting some money now so their families can live a little better (and so they can wear gucci belts).

It takes a very special person to go to Europe as a teenager (especially from Iran). But you really can't be too mad at these young players for not going, because at the end of the day, there is a certain level of risk involved.

                Cheers
