Yeah mosalman has been in several camps under CQ so I don't think he has been impressed with him. I personally wouldn't want mosalman in TM anyway....beitashour makes perfect sense with what we currently need IMO

He was quite young at the time, he's been performing recently and generally is a great playmaker, he certainly deserves a place more than Shojaei IMO.
I also think Beitashour should've been invited instead of Heydari

I suspect that CQ will try Kamyabinia as a CAM in one of the matches

Why is Shojaei and Heydari still part of TM? You might as well bring back Khalatbari who is miles ahead of these two.
Where is Vouria Ghafouri?
Kamabinya is useless on TM. He isn't gonna play in these two games unless he subs in late plus he isn't on form with PP. Why not put in some younger players (Karimi, Pahlevan) and let them get more training in under CQ.
Sosha needs to slowly be phased out of TM and put Akhbari as the GK #3 role. No need for 4 Gks.

thanks, this will be a good opportunity for either kanaani or PAG to step up.

with ghafouri out it is even possible that montazeri will slide to RB and PAG-kanaani at CB. lots of possibilities on the defensive line so itll be interesting to see what CQ will go with. my best guess is he'll use rezaeian again at RB, keep montazeri at CB with PAG and Ehsan at LB.

Jabbari right now is one of the best foreigners in Qatar, scores and assists every week, he's mostly been a much more valuable player for TM than Shojaei the last couple of years, and that was why he was the preferred CAM and Masoud was moved to LW.

Masoud is not even a guaranteed starter in Al Gharafa, he is way past it. I don't even remember the last time he turned a match around for Iran, it probably dates from 2-3 years ago, he brings much more negatives than positives when he plays nowadays.

Ghafouri is injured, Kamal Kamyabinia has yet to be tested for TM why is he useless? He hasn't even played and he is only 26 years old.. Sosha has barely been used in TM why should he get phased out he is playing well for Persepolis. I agree with you that Heydari and Shojaei need to be crossed off TM though.

I doubt Massoud would even play. But just imagine, if we are behind or tied in the second half, who else do we have with creativity? I know he is not perfect but he is the only option CQ has at the present time.

You can't just boot out all the old players in one go.

With Hosseini gone too, it makes sense to have some more veteran presence in the locker room and on the pitch. Shojaei may or may not play, but he is a respected leader and players really like him. Who says international experience only needs to be used on the pitch? His experience is also extremely valuable off the pitch.

And truth be told, he still has the ability to create offence out of basically nothing, with no space. In terms of smarts, he is one of our most intelligent players offensively.
